Project Installation Services
The management of Business Furniture Services has been providing delivery, installation, receiving, and storage services for more than twenty years. Our personal involvement with each of the following steps ensures a timely and accurate installation.

Manage all phases of the installation process from pre-installation planning meetings through daily management of the installation.

  • Participate in ongoing communications with the Client and the Installation Team regarding changes.
  • Visit the installation site to monitor and resolve issues confronting the Installation Team.
  • Provide the Client with timely receiving reports and notices of missing or damaged product.
  • Identify and initiate action to resolve punch-list items as they arise during the installation process.
  • Communicate immediately with the Client, the need for any additional product to complete the installation as planned.
  • Provide alternatives and interim action to maintain the operational status of the Client.
  • Manage the walk-through with the Client, identifying issues and providing a real-time status of the actions required to resolve each of them.
  • Follow up with the Client to ensure all punch-list items have been resolved satisfactorily.
Maintenance Services
Warranty Service/Maintenance
  • Same day response to emergency requests.
  • Digital photos and detailed documentation of service issues.
  • Written estimates of parts and labor required to resolve service issue.
  • Priority scheduling of all service requests.
Post Warranty Service/Maintenance
Included in this regularly scheduled maintenance is:
  • Panel cleaning in high traffic areas.
  • Locking mechanism adjustment as required on pedestals, files and overheads.
  • Lubricate suspensions as required on pedestals, files and overheads.
  • Level and adjust all lateral files as required.
